Truck Maintenance and Repair Process

General Introduction
 

The JWS Series vehicles are mainly applied for the installation,repair and routine inspection,maintenance of overhead catenary superstructure.It also can be worked as a tractor or hauled in train formation as an electrified railway emergency train set.Both mechanical  and hydro drive modes are available.Rotating elevating platform is mounted on the vehicle,which drives by dual acting oil cylinders.The  vehicle is equipped with various safety devices,which including manual emergency oil pump,manual mechanical platform rotation,platform gravity dropping,rail tong etc.There are several optional components such as crane,telescopic lifting mast,catenary measuring device,etc.

The WGJ series vehicles consist of track inspection vehicle and track- cum-catenary inspection vehicle,which are mainly applicable for real- time status inspection of track and catenary of MRT or LRT.The vehicle can be self-propelled or non-motorized in which measuring compartment  and meeting room can be built as per customer requirement.Among them,WGJ-1YG for modern tram.
