The wagon is mainly used for transportation of P.way material includingrails,sleepers,tools and other materials during track construction andmaintenance work.

The wagon employs double-axle bogie as running gear,it is equippedwith two-steps rigidity axle box spring suspension device and normalcontact elastic side bearing,self-lubricated spherical pivot center plate,variable friction type Lenior buffer,which can ensure high stabilityduring running.Furthermore,the length and height can be customized.Furthermore,PC-30YG is specially designed for modern tramcar line.The innovated and self-designed bogie is able to negotiate 25m curveradius.
